about

This track is something I came up with when I was thinking of some new ideas for my YouTube channel , and the idea I ended up with was making a thrash metal song and mixing and mastering it with only free plugins. The process of creating the track was really fun and informal , and the mixing and mastering process was super fun and challenging as well , forcing me to adapt my workflow to different tools , and ultimately , I'm really happy with it turned out. I added some evil thrash metal lyrics , screamed a bit into my mic , finished the mix and called it a day haha , hope you enjoy this one, cheers!

lyrics

As the light fades out
The darkness is all we can see
As the candles burn out
We cease to be

We are slaves to our fate
Hands clutched , as we sit , and wait
We are slaves to our fate
Hands clutched , as we sit , and wait

As the towers of justice fall
A deathly silence , creeps up in the halls

We are slaves to our fate
Hands clutched , as we sit , and wait
We are slaves to our fate
Hands clutched , as we sit , and wait

We are slaves to our fate
Hands clutched , as we sit , and wait
We are slaves to our fate
Hands clutched , as we sit , and wait
